Adeline Schipper

Mrs. Schipper has held a range of leadership and operational roles across multiple departments at ROMTech. She began her journey with the company as a Field Specialist and advanced through roles, including Inside Sales Representative, Inside Sales Manager, and Associate Sales Director, where she was instrumental in driving sales performance and strengthening brand presence. Mrs. Schipper has also led initiatives to enhance order management and processing efficiency, while collaborating closely with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) partners to streamline operations and support revenue growth. In her current role as Director of Patients-Service-Revenue, she is dedicated to optimizing the patient experience and promoting service excellence, in addition to contributing as a leader of the Logistics Management Team. Adeline previously held roles as Sales and Marketing Associate and Sales Operations Manager at C2Dx, a medical device startup based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Adeline graduated from Davenport University in March 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Case Management and a Master’s degree in Business Management. During her time at the university, she was also a dedicated member of the Women’s Tennis Team. Mrs. Schipper started with ROMTech in November 2021. As of this writing, she is 27 years old. She works 50 hours per week on average for ROMTech.
