Dana Pampena is a clinical growth leader with 30 years of experience driving innovation in clinical operations and growth strategies. She has a proven track record of building and scaling clinical programs, launching new products, and developing standardized operating procedures that foster a compliant, quality-driven environment. Ms. Pampena’s expertise lies in aligning operational excellence with strategic growth, enabling organizations to deliver impactful, sustainable results. Prior to joining ROMTech, Ms. Pampena served in Vice President roles overseeing Strategy, Innovation, and Growth, where she led national initiatives to build and scale high-performing teams, accelerate revenue growth, financial performance management and clinically develop and launch new healthcare products. She worked closely with regulatory and compliance organizations to ensure adherence to rigorous quality and safety standards, while driving market adoption and organizational success. In this role, she drives clinical excellence, oversees quality-of-care initiatives, and ensures optimal patient outcomes—while simultaneously exceeding growth targets and advancing the company’s position in the market.
