Grant Edwards has been our Chief Financial Officer since October 2024. Grant is a hands-on and results-driven Senior Financial Executive with expertise in finance operations, SEC reporting (including IPO), corporate governance, and strategic planning. He possesses a keen talent for identifying market opportunities, ensuring corporate compliance, and overseeing P&L management for industry leaders across multiple sectors. Grant also has experience as a Big 4 CPA with a successful track-record in establishing efficient processes for early-stage and mid-market companies with high growth goals in a broad range of industries. Grant has held senior leadership positions in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology. He is a Certified Public Accountant and an alumnus of East Carolina University.
