LeLonnie brings deep expertise across investor relations, wealth management, financial strategy, and market analysis. She has a proven ability to translate complex financial data and market dynamics into actionable strategies that drive measurable business results. Prior to joining ROMTech, she developed comprehensive financial, estate, and retirement planning strategies, and gained extensive experience in portfolio analysis and financial modeling to support informed, data-driven decision-making.

LeLonnie is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach and holds a certificate in Personal Financial Planning. She previously earned the ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY® (AIF®) designation through the University of Pittsburgh–affiliated Center for Fiduciary Studies and has held Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life and disability insurance licenses.
