Steve Valtin brings a deep background in business operations, go-to-market strategy, and large-scale cross-functional leadership. Prior to joining ROMTech, he held multiple executive roles at a multi-billion-dollar SaaS company, where he led global GTM initiatives, built high-performing teams, and drove company-wide efforts that accelerated growth, quality, and operational excellence. His expertise also extends into marketing and PR, having spearheaded campaigns where performance directly influenced sales outcomes—and running strategic marketing initiatives across diverse industries.
At ROMTech, Steve serves as Chief Customer & Quality Officer. He leads Quality Control, internal and external Training, Business Performance, and Operational Policy—ensuring world-class care, compliance, and execution across our clinical footprint. He also oversees Marketing, PR, Business Development, and Investor Relations, shaping ROMTech’s public presence and supporting its continued growth.
Originally from Belgium, Steve now lives in Clearwater, Florida with his wife and three children.
