Administrative Assistant, Inside Sales

Position Overview: ROMTech is now looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our growing inside sales team. The Administrative Assistant, Inside Sales, will support our sales team and manage our CRM and e-health records software. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is a quick learner, detail oriented and organized. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, reporting directly to our Inside Sales Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our CRM system and generate reports.
  • Organize virtual and onsite meetings by coordinating logistics via calendar invitations, Zoom links, etc.
  • Review orders via our CRM system for accuracy.
  • Organize files and confidential documents.
  • Generate patient status reports.
  • Complete special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in an administrative role or similar background.
  • 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems.
  • Experience with electronic health records software, a plus.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
