Cardiac Sales Data Administrative Assistant

Position Overview: ROMTech is now looking for a dedicated Cardiac Sales Data Administrative Assistant to join our growing cardiac sales team. The Cardiac Sales Data Administrative Assistant will support our sales team and manage our CRM and e-health records software. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is a quick learner, detail oriented and organized. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, reporting directly to our Cardiac Sales Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with marketing initiatives as directed.
  • Assist with communications with patients and doctor offices.
  • Organizing files, projects, and confidential documentation.
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales & Sales Operations team, as assigned.
  • Manage, maintain and audit our CRM system to ensure accurate information.
  • Organize virtual and onsite meetings by coordinating logistics via calendar invitations, Zoom links, etc.
  • Organize files and confidential documents.
  • Generate patient status reports for physicians and their staff.
  • Complete special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in an administrative role or similar background.
  • 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems.
  • Experience with electronic health records software, a plus.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
  • Moderate noise (i.e., phone calls, online meetings, computer audio)
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.
