Sales Operations Administrator

Position Overview: We are now looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our growing team. The Sales Operations Administrator provides support through a variety of reporting to our Orthopedic Sales and Leadership Sales teams. This includes CRM management, metrics reporting, lead generation, commission management as well as managing all sales training materials. This role includes significant data entry and data analysis which provides sales leadership the information needed to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving the sales funnel and process. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who can pivot at a moment’s notice and can keep the operations team running smoothly, in a deadline driven environment. This is a full-time, remote position reporting directly to the Manager, Sales Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day prescription tracking process, including CRM updates and audits as needed to ensure all data is accurately reported.
  • Manage the Executive Sales Report.
  • Assist with transferring data into PowerBI and developing daily processes to ensure accurate counts are reported from the new system.
  • Calculate and perform QA on monthly commission reports to ensure they are paid accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure the Sales Team is adequately stocked with all marketing materials.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to sales operations initiatives, including but not limited to, adding physicians to the CRM, updating internal portals, exporting, and cleaning commission reports and maintaining team spreadsheets.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Business Development team and assist with lead generation strategies.
  • Ensure that the Ortho Sales CRM is kept up to date with activity and any other information identified as necessary to the sales process.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new sales representatives.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of Sales or Sales Operations experience, required.
  • Strong technology experience, including Microsoft 365, advanced Excel skills and Power BI.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Insightly preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new programs and software systems rapidly.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Roll-up-one’s sleeves approach with a willingness to take on “non-role-specific” duties as needed to support the team and business.
