IT Solution Team Lead

Location: Remote (Based near Tampa, FL; Clearwater, FL; or Brookfield, CT Ideally)

Position Overview:

ROMTech is seeking an experienced IT Solution Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have business analyst, project manager and excellent leadership skills, capable of collaborating with business leaders, and coordinating and managing meetings effectively. This role is instrumental in driving our mission to enhance healthcare accessibility and quality of life through innovative technology solutions.

The IT Solution Team Lead will report directly to the Director, Information Systems & Technology and will interact often with other members of our internal IT Team. This is a remote position but the ideal candidate would be based near Tampa, FL; Clearwater, FL or Brookfield, CT.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze business needs and requirements to develop effective IT solutions that align with ROMTech’s mission.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and translate these into IT solutions that support ROMTech’s mission.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings with team members and stakeholders, ensuring a clear agenda and productive use of time.
  • Team Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of IT solutions, perform testing and validation, and ensure they meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of projects, processes, and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in projects and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Above average communication and collaboration skills. Superb interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and project management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT and medical technologies is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive cross-functional teams toward common goals.
