ROMTech is now looking for a Performance Analyst to drive visibility into how our teams perform against expectations. This role transforms data into actionable insights, identifies capability gaps, and guides coaching and training interventions.
Please note this is a full-time, onsite opportunity at our newest location in Clearwater, FL.
Responsibilities:
KPI Development and Management:
- Establish baseline performance metrics (e.g., conversion behaviors, script adherence, SLA compliance).
- Develop leading indicators to signal execution quality early.
- Maintain the Performance KPI Dictionary as the enterprise standard.
Performance Reporting & Rhythm of Business (RoB):
- Build and deliver dashboards aligned to ROMTech’s Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Provide weekly performance updates showing directional movement in key metrics.
- Create clear analysis packs to support leadership decisions and resource allocation.
Root Cause Analysis:
- Lead monthly RCA cycles to explain performance gaps.
- Distinguish between skill, knowledge, and process-related issues.
- Recommend targeted solutions: coaching, training, or leadership action.
Cross-Functional Partnerships:
- Collaborate with Sales Ops for data capture and pipeline visibility.
- Align with Training/Quality teams for curriculum evaluation and performance measurement.
- Partner with HR on competency standards.
- Engage leaders across Sales, RCM, Delivery, and Clinical functions for adoption and accountability.
- Make coaching and training ROI visible by tying behavior improvements to measurable performance changes.
- Ensure leaders have clear, reliable reporting for RoB cadences (MBRs, QBRs, executive reviews).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, performance management, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, BI dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Experience creating and presenting executive-level reports (MBRs, QBRs, etc.).
- Analytical and systems-oriented.
- Quick learner who adapts to new tools and data structures.
- Able to simplify complex findings into actionable insights.
- Self-sufficient, detail-driven, and action-biased.
