Position Overview: We are now looking for Compact State Licensed Physical Therapists to join our team as a Patient Monitoring Specialist. The Patient Monitoring Specialist will remotely monitor patients, via audio/visual technology, while the patient is using our medical device, the PortableConnect, and other related devices. This is a key position to ensure patients have a safe and positive experience while fully complying with their prescribed treatment plan, in order to achieve optimal health outcomes. This is a full-time, remote opportunity in a 24/7 environment with multiple shifts available.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor treatment plan performance for multiple patients at a time.
- Foster positive relationships with patients to encourage compliance with treatment plan, monitoring protocols, and promote patient satisfaction.
- Connect and communicate with patients regarding their progress and establish a baseline for treatment plan satisfaction.
- Monitor incoming patient data and alerts, prioritize, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Generate reports on patient progress and outcomes.
- Validate Treatment Monitoring Plans.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of clinical patient-facing or telehealth experience, preferably in a coordination or support role.
- Currently licensed in good standing in three or more of the following states: FL, IL, CA, NY, MN, WI, required.
- Proficiency in using telemetry monitoring equipment and related software applications.
- Solid understanding of medical terminology and musculoskeletal anatomy.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret patient data and recognize deviations from normal ranges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare providers and team members.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and remote patient monitoring platforms.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
