Brookfield, Conn. — September 3, 2025 — ROMTech®, the creator of the PortableConnect® Adaptive Telemed Technology and leader in rehabilitation medicine, today announced the addition of three key senior executives to its leadership team: Brian Fowler as Chief Establishment Officer, Steve Valtin as Chief Customer & Quality Officer, and Matt Rodeghero as Chief Operating Officer. Together, these appointments strengthen ROMTech’s executive bench as the company accelerates growth and continues to transform post-operative rehabilitation care.
Brian Fowler, Chief Establishment Officer
Brian Fowler joins ROMTech with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of executive search, HR strategy, and organizational design. Previously the CEO of Skye Recruitment Solutions and founder of Mako HR Group—a consultancy later acquired by ROMTech—Fowler has advised companies from Fortune 50 enterprises to early-stage startups across manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and private equity.
At ROMTech, Fowler will lead Organizational Design, Talent, IT, and Culture, with a focus on building a high-performance culture, establishing elite teams, and optimizing the organization for maximum scalability. “ROMTech is at a pivotal stage of growth, and I look forward to helping build the kind of high-performing teams and culture that will sustain our success long into the future,” said Fowler.
Steve Valtin, Chief Customer & Quality Officer
Steve Valtin brings extensive expertise in global business operations, go-to-market strategy, and large-scale cross-functional leadership. He previously held multiple executive roles at a multi-billion-dollar SaaS company, where he led global initiatives to accelerate growth, strengthen quality and enhance operational excellence. Valtin also brings a marketing and PR background, having spearheaded performance-driven campaigns that directly influenced sales outcomes.
In his role at ROMTech, Valtin will oversee Quality Control, Training, Business Performance, and Operational Policy to ensure world-class care, compliance, and execution across ROMTech’s clinical footprint. He will also lead Marketing, PR, Business Development, and Investor Relations, shaping ROMTech’s public presence and supporting the company’s continued growth. “What drew me to ROMTech is its patient-first mission and relentless focus on quality,” said Valtin. “I look forward to ensuring that every patient, clinician, and partner has a consistently exceptional experience as we scale.”
Matt Rodeghero, Chief Operating Officer
Matt Rodeghero is a seasoned SaaS executive recognized for driving operational transformation, product strategy, and go-to-market execution for national organizations. He has held leadership roles overseeing product, operations, sales, and marketing, with a track record of delivering multimillion-dollar savings through streamlined processes, platform consolidations, and scalable organizational systems. Rodeghero’s expertise in compliance, cross-functional leadership, and sales enablement has consistently improved customer onboarding, retention, and satisfaction.
As ROMTech’s Chief Operating Officer, Rodeghero will focus on scaling operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving enterprise value as the company expands its reach across the U.S. healthcare landscape. “ROMTech has already made an enormous impact on how rehabilitation is delivered,” said Rodeghero. “I’m eager to help optimize operations so we can bring these innovations to even more patients nationwide.”
