I used the ROMTech PortableConnect after a right knee replacement. I was able to use it soon after the surgery on lower level 2. It helped me to keep my knee moving, and gradually increased the level of knee angle, & increased from the machine doing the work (paced), to active, where I did the pedaling, to resistance, where I had to pedal. I think using ROMTech helped me recover at home at my convenience. It helped me with my balance. I also lost weight while using ROMTech, which helped my knee recover better. I would recommend ROMTechto anyone following a knee replacement.
