We had a great experience with Mike, he came and got the PortableConnect set up and gave us detailed instructions on all aspects of the operation of the device and the Wi-Fi capabilities along with the touch screen system. Mike stayed in contact with us and when it came time for him to come and pick up the device, he answered many questions that I had about rehab. I am going to get my left knee done in the fall and I look forward to working with Mike again.
