This helped out with my total knee replacement rehab. I used it diligently for 2 weeks and then the more I could do Physical Therapy and get out to walk then I tapered down for the 3rd week. I would definitely recommend the ROMTech for the initial 2-3 weeks for anyone with a total knee replacement.
