I was pleased with Erich who came and set up the device. Very polite and courteous. He explained how to use the device. After knee surgery I used the device and found it to be very helpful. My knee had more flexibility, bending and stretching while I do my physical therapy during the week. After less than two weeks I did not need my walker for support. Great device!
