Stephanie was so personable, knowledgeable, and prompt as she guided us with the delivery, usage and pick up of the device. The PortableConnect was an integral part of my husband’s road to recovery after a total knee replacement surgery. We decided to keep it for an extra week and were so pleased with the improvements he was able to make because of the sessions on the PortableConnect. Again, Stephanie was outstanding in every regard.
