Dylan Attia

Mr. Attia began his career in healthcare when he co-founded a tele-neurology business alongside two spine surgeons in 2008. The company, Safe Passage Health, provided real-time nerve monitoring for patients undergoing complex brain and spine surgery. Mr. Attia led several functions for the company over the course of its 10-year history, most notably serving as its SVP, Operations. Under Mr. Attia’s leadership, Safe Passage Health grew from zero to 150 employees, 120 of whom were clinicians and service providers; skyrocketed from zero to $35 million topline annual revenues and was named one of Inc. Magazine’s Top 500 fastest-growing private companies in the nation. In 2018, Safe Passage Health was acquired by Nuvasive Inc. (NASDAQ: NUVA) and grew to be the country’s largest provider of remote neuromonitoring services. Mr. Attia has also served in key executive leadership positions at other medical companies in various growth stages, from pre-seed to venture capital and private equity backed. He has also served as a principal consultant to numerous digital health and telemedicine companies. Mr. Attia holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Brandeis University. He is based at our Brookfield, CT and lives in nearby Fairfield County with his wife and three children. At ROMTech, Mr. Attia has taken the lead of our cardiac business as well as all future subsequent launches into other medical markets.
