ROMTech partners with separate companies to provide billing support. Therefore, you will not receive bills from ROMTech. Your care plan is billed in separate components just like other healthcare services you commonly receive. This is expected and part of how your at-home care is provided.

In-Home Delivery
A ROMTech-certified delivery team schedules a time to deliver the PortableConnect Rehab System to your home. They also help you select a chair and ensure that the device is set up safely. The technician is also there to ensure that you feel comfortable in starting your first session.
