The ROMTech Journey
Your care follows a clear path — with support along the way. It begins when your physician prescribes ROMTech technology as part of your recovery plan. From there, one of our care partners steps in to help coordinate billing, delivery and setup. Your device is delivered directly to your home. Once it arrives, a clinical care team helps you get started, answers questions, and monitors your progress throughout therapy. When therapy is complete, we guide you through what comes next, including returning the device.
Prescribed and Waiting?
Here’s what happens next. A Home Rehab Coordinator (HRC) will contact you to confirm your information and delivery details. Once everything is confirmed, your device will be delivered to your home. If you’re unsure whether you’ve missed a call or just want an update, help is available.
