- Confirming your information and shipping details
- Initial setup and training at your home
- Providing instructions for receiving and returning the device
- Supporting equipment-related questions during your therapy
They work alongside your care team to help your therapy begin smoothly and continue without interruption.
Billing Clarity
HealthROM is a separate company from ROMTech and may appear on billing statements or insurance documentation related to your therapy.
This is expected and part of how your care is delivered.
