Welcoming Local and State Leaders for an Inside Look at ROMTech Growth and Innovations

At ROMTech, we’re always excited to share our progress and innovations with the community. Recently, we had the honor of hosting a group of distinguished local and state leaders at our Brookfield, Connecticut headquarters for an engaging tour and roundtable discussion. The visit highlighted ROMTech’s rapid growth, commitment to job creation, and dedication to driving local economic development.
Showcasing ROMTech’s Expansion
The tour, led by our CEO Peter Arn, Mark Serokosz, ROMTech Tour Liason, and ROMTech Board Member Edwin Dearborn, provided a comprehensive look at the recent expansions. In the past year alone, ROMTech has added over 250 new positions, including 62 manufacturing jobs here in Connecticut.
With a workforce of 600 employees nationwide, the company’s growth is a testament to its dedication to innovation and quality. So far this year, we’ve created over 100 new jobs, expanding from one assembly line to four to meet the growing demand for our cutting-edge products.
Engaging with Community Leaders
We were thrilled to welcome special guests including Benjamin Clapp, Business Services Specialist at Connecticut Labor; Greg Dembowski, Brookfield Economic Development representative; Steve Dunn, First Selectman of Brookfield; Jim Fisher, Chairman of the Economic Development Commission; Martin Foncello, Connecticut State Representative; Pamela LaRosa, Director of One-Stop Workforce Operations; Kathleen Lindenmayer, Director of the Career Success Center at Western Connecticut State University; and P.J. Prunty, President & CEO of the Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce.
During the event, CEO Peter Arn highlighted our commitment to manufacturing excellence and its positive impact on communities across the country. “At ROMTech, we take pride in our Made in the USA products and the opportunities they create for American workers,” Arn stated. “Our growth is a testament to the hard work of our team, and we remain committed to driving job creation in Connecticut and beyond.”

State Representative Martin Foncello praised ROMTech’s contributions to the local community, saying, “As a proud resident of Brookfield, I am thrilled to see ROMTech’s continued growth and investment in our community. Their efforts to create high-quality jobs and foster innovation align perfectly with our vision for economic development in Connecticut.”
