Charles Parker is a seasoned finance professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in the Life
Sciences, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. Beginning his career as a senior manager for a top 5 national
accounting firm, Mr. Parker honed his expertise in healthcare, eventually ascending to one of the firm’s healthcare
practice leaders. During this time, he provided instrumental guidance to his clients through significant milestones,
including NYSE’s first pure play behavioral health IPO. Subsequently, Charles transitioned to the healthcare and bio
tech industries, where he served as VP of Finance and CFO for both privately held companies and large publicly
traded organizations. His innovative approach and strategic acumen proved pivotal in facilitating initial public
offerings, SPACs, raising over $200 Million in private equity, and completing two successful acquisitions. Charles is
highly skilled in establishing, expanding, and refining financial infrastructure in high-growth healthcare and bio tech
start-ups. He possesses extensive technical accounting knowledge, SEC compliance expertise, and transaction
advisory skills, all of which streamline financial operations and reporting processes.
